The jury in the case of Mrs. Cora Weeks, who has been on trial at Bedford, Indiana, charged with killing Mrs. Susanna Ireland, her aged mother, reported in court yesterday its inability to agree on a verdict. Joseph Weeks, husband of Mrs. Weeks, is awaiting trial for complicity in the alleged murder.
