The marriage of Miss
Ann Tomich, daughter of Peter Tomich, 568 Maryland,
and Stephen J. Kertesz, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs.
Stephen J. Kertesz, 1052 Tyler, took place at 4
o'clock Saturday afternoon in St. Emeric's parish
with the Rev. Joseph Nemeth officiating.
The bride was attired
in a burnt orange suite trimmed in mink with
accessories in brown. She wore a corsage of tea
roses. Her bridesmaid, Miss Sophia Swellinger of
Detroit wore a brown suite. Fred Melser acted as
best man.
Following the cermony
a wedding dinner was served to the immediate
families in the home of the bridegroom. Later in the
evening a reception was held for 45 friends and
relatives. The couple on a motore trip throught the
east and expect to return next Sunday after which
they will live at 1052 Tyler. The bride was been an
employe of the National Discount corporation and Mr.
Kertesz of the Illinois Steel Company.
