Picture of Susan and Richard (Dick) Baldwin. Taken about 1941-42. He
worked at Prullage Machine Shop and later owned it. The shop was
located on what is now College Ave across from the old Sater Morgan (sp)
store and later on north 15'th 1/2 and on south 15'th. He made the
basilica that is in the Old Cathedral, and at one time repaired the
clock on the county court house even though he had never worked on a
clock before. Built his home on south 15'th doing every aspect of the
construction except for digging out the basement and the electrical.
This included casting his own concrete blocks.
