Edwin Dale Manor, age 84, a resident of Salamonia, passed away on Sunday,
October 11, 2020, at Columbus Transitional Care and Rehab in Columbus,
Indiana.
Edwin was born on October 8, 1936, in Salamonia, Indiana,
the son of Wilbur Earl and Bessie Jane (Wright) Manor. He worked for New
Idea in Coldwater and was a self-employed standing seam roofer for many
years. Edwin was a member of the First Church of Christ in Portland and a
firefighter for the Salamonia Volunteer Fire Department. Edwin married
Carrol Bentz on February 6, 1954.

10 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 21
great-great-grandchildren
He was preceded in death by a son Rick Alan
Manor, a grandson Ricky Alan Manor, and a sister LeEtta Bonifield.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4-7 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and
Penrod Funeral Home in Portland. Funeral Services will be held Friday at 11
a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Salamonia Cemetery in
Salamonia, Indiana. Pastor Flint Redwine will officiate the service and
burial.
