NEW CORYDON LADY PASSED AWAY

Funeral services were to be held at the New Corydon Lutheran Church for Mrs.
Lora E. Weaver, 56, with Dr. Ralph Wheadon officiating. Burial was in the Mount Zion
Cemetery.

Mrs. Weaver died suddenly on Tuesday morning after a heart attack at their
farm home near New Corydon. She had complained some of not feeling well but her
condition was not regarded as serious and she had been up and about most of the time.

The deceased was born at Grover Hill, Ohio, May 12, 1897, the daughter of Jacob
and Rickie Muth Stoltz. On March 4, 1920, she was married to Roy Weaver who
survives. Other survivors are a son James of Portland; three daughters, Mrs. Don Reef
of New Corydon, Mrs. Melvin Bryan of near Portland, and Mrs. Marion DeBolt
of Panama; two sisters, Mrs. Roy Hunt and Mrs. Alice Nierman, both of Portland.
