Hazel V. Rigby, 85, of St. Clair Shores, Mich., and formerly
of Pennville, died Sunday in St. Clair Shores. Surviving are nieces and
nephews. Services at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Pennville Chapel of
Williamson & Spencer Funeral Home; calling 4-to 9 p.m. today.
