David Petschke, age 78, a resident of Portland, passed away on Saturday,
January 23, 2021 at Persimmon Ridge in Portland.
David was born on
September 29, 1942, in Portland, the son of Raymond and Joanna Ruth (Hughes)
Petschke. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge, Sons of the American Legion
and Portland Moose Lodge. He worked for Nass Foods in Portland, Horizon
Homes, Tyson Foods and Hardee’s in Portland. He married Sue Stone on March
5, 2005.

2 sons: Jeff Henry (wife Sheryl) – Muncie, Indiana

Dunkirk, Indiana
14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and several
nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond
and Joanna Petschke, a son; Kevin Petschke, brothers; Francis, Mike and
Bruce Petschke and a sister; Deborah Hunter.
Visitation will be held
on Friday from 4-7 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in
Portland. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. Friday at the Funeral Home.
Pastor Herb Hummel will officiate the service and burial will follow at a
later date at Liber Cemetery in Portland.
