Sarah V. Patch, 44, of Geneva, IN. formerly of Bluffton, passed away at
2:48 PM on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort
Wayne, IN. She was born on Thursday, March 11, 1976, in Jay County, IN.
Sarah was graduate of Adams Central high school. She was a former leader for
the Youth for Christ in Bluffton; she was part of the Softball for girls.
Sarah was a hairdresser and a homemaker. In Sarah's free time, she enjoyed
camping and helping other people in any way she could.
She will be
sadly missed by her Daughter - Karri I.S. (Jeffrey) Patch, Bluffton, IN.,
Son - Jonathon R.I. Stein, Geneva, IN., Daughter - Faylynn C.V. Stein,
Geneva, IN., Daughter - Darlene "Owen" A. Stein, Geneva, IN., Special Mother
- Judy (Hough) (Husband- Jack) Kelly, Geneva, IN., 2 Grandchildren -
Lynleigh S. & Lincoln A. Laisure, Brother - Robert A. (Rosanna) Patch,
Bluffton, IN., Sister - Danelle D. (Ricky) Raugh, Shelbyville, KY., Brother
- John E. Patch, Winchester, IN., and her Adopted Father - Randy (Goldie)
Patch, Sonyea, OH.
She was preceded in death by her Father - Jeff
Lee, Mother - Wanda Faye (Hough) Lee, Former Husband - Nicholas Alan Stein,
Sister - Carrie S. Patch, Grandparents - Robert "Bob" & Crystal Hough, and
Niece & Nephew - Victoria & Drew Patch.

Street Geneva on Friday, June 5, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We ask that
you please observe social distancing.
A service to celebrate her life
will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, June 5, 2020 with Rev. Paul Harris
officiating. Interment will follow in the Gravel Hill Cemetery in Bryant.
