Martha Goff, 92, a resident of Chalet Village, Berne, formerly of RR 2, Bryant, died Thursday at the village.
She had been employed by the license bureau and at Sheller-Globe in Montpelier. Mrs. Goff was a member of the Senior Citizens Club at Bryant.
Born October 29, 1899, in Madison County, she was the daughter of Elmer and Laura (Hoppes) Hicks.
She was married April 27, 1918, to Lafe Goff, who died February 29, 1976.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. John (Jean) Lybarger, Bryant; one brother, Herbert Hicks, Fort Wayne; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Services are set for 10:30 am Monday in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home, Portland, with the Rev. Mark Strietelmeier officiating.
Burial will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery at Bryant.Memorialsmay be made to the Zion Lutheran Church in Portland.
