Jerry W. Wheeler, 60, Portland, died Saturday at Ball Memorial Hospital.
Born in Jay County to Lloyd and June (Atha) Wheeler, he graduated from
Portland High School
in 1968. He is survived by his wife Marina (Hahn)
Wheeler, whom he married on March 29,
1980.
Memberships include
Jay County Amateur Radio Club, Oil Field Engine Society, Tri
-State Gas
Engine and Tractor Association and Vintage Motor Bike Club.
Surviving besides his wife are a sister, Mrs. Rex (Pam) Clevenger, rural
Portland; and several
nieces and nephews.
Services are Tuesday
at 7 p.m. in the Portland Chapel of the Williamson and Spencer Funeral
Home with Pastor Steve Arnold officiating. Burial will be in Antioch
Cemetery, southeast of
Portland.
Visitation is Tuesday from 4 to
7 p.m. at the funeral home.
