JILL LYNETTE TOW, 33, died Wednesday at her home. Born in Bakersfield,
Calif., she lived
in Muncie until 1988.
Surviving are her father, Charles Tow of Duncan, Okla.; her mother Helen
Tow of Portland; three daughters, Summer Domingue of Dayton, Ohio, and
Amanda M. Maxwell and Sabrina L. Tow, both of Portland; two brothers,
Charles Tow of Duncan, Okla., and Richard Tow of Portland; and two sisters,
Jo Anne Payne and Cynthia Clark, both of Portland.
Services at 2
p.m. Saturday at the Williamson & Spencer Funeral Home Portland Chapel.
Calling from noon until time of service Saturday at the funeral home. Burial
in Antioch Cemetery.
