FORREST GERALD ARNOLD, 93, formerly of Powell, Ohio,
died Friday at Riverside
Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.
Born in Portland, he worked for 20 years at Sheller
Globe Corp. He also owned and operated the American Bar in Portland, for 27
years.
Surviving are his wife, Hazel; two sons, Richard D. of
Portland and Jerry J. of Dayton,
Ohio; a daughter, Sylvia A. Jaros of
Powell, Ohio; two brothers, Floyd "Bud" of
Greenville, Ohio, and Dorwin
of Albany; a sister, Virgie Brown of Hilton Head, S.C.;
seven
grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Services at 11 a.m. Monday at Williamson & Spencer
Funeral Home, Portland Chapel. Calling from 4 to 6 p.m. today. Burial
in Antioch Cemetery, Portland. Memorials to Spina Bifida Assocition of
Greater Dayton, 1831 Harshman Road, Dayton, OH 45424.
