Seymour Tribune - April 28, 2007 Pearl Daisy Patrick Oct. 6, 1910 – April 25, 2007 Pearl Daisy Patrick, 96, a resident of the Masonic Home in Franklin and formerly of Columbus, passed away at 1:40 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2007, at St. Francis Hospital, Beech Grove. Mrs. Patrick worked at Reliance Shirt Factory and was a licensed practical nurse at Bartholomew County Hospital, Four Seasons Health Care and Columbus Convalescent Center, retiring in 1976. She attended Crothersville High School and was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Crothersville and the Order of Eastern Star in Columbus. Born Oct. 6, 1910, in Scott County, she was a daughter of Schuyler and Maude Dobbins Cartwright. On April 19, 1932, she married Thomas W. Patrick, who preceded her in death in 1995. Survivors include a son, Bobby Loren “Bob” (Jean Ann) Patrick, Columbus; two grandchildren, Karen Jean Patrick, Bedford, and Kimberley Sue (Mark) Schoettmer, Columbus; four great grandchildren, Gabrial (Robin) Schoettmer, Jessica (Josh) Gates, Jacob Schoettmer and Elizabeth Schoettmer; two great-great-grandchildren, Nikolas and Madelyn Schoettmer; five nephews, William, Allen, Robert, Leon and Cleon Silence; three nieces, Margie Lee Fox, Linda Welchell and Carol Hutchens, Crothersville; and a sister-in-law, Doris (Patrick) Lewis, Crothersville. She was preceded in death by a son, Lowell Patrick; a great-granddaughter, Mary Schoettmer; two brothers, Kenneth Cartwright and Newell Cartwright; and a sister, Margie (Tom) Silence. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday at Adams Funeral Home, Crothersville. Burial will follow at Crothersville Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 11 a.m. until time of service Sunday at the funeral home.
