Seymour Daily Tribune April 4, 2002 John Miller John Miller, 51, Seymour, died at 6:15 a.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2002, at Memorial Hospital, Seymour. Mr. Miller was a former employee at Cummins Engine Co. and a former school bus driver for Seymour Community Schools. He was a security guard at Aisin. He was a member of the American Legion, the VFW, the Eagles Club in Seymour, Masonic Washington Lodge 13 in Brownstown and the Shrine Club of Bartholomew County. He enjoyed woodworking and working with crafts, and lived in Jackson County most of his life. Born May 9, 1950, in Jamestown, Ky., he was a son of the late James E. Miller and Agnes M. Russell Miller. He married Marilyn Findley and she survives. He is also survived by two sons, John Michael Miller and Christopher (Becky) Miller, both of Seymour; two granddaughters, Kayla Miller and Megan Miller, both of Hayden; four brothers, Donald (Cathie) Miller, Seymour, Ronald (Gail) Miller and Roger (Sue) Miller both of Brownstown, and Billy (Audrey) Miller, North Carolina; five sisters, Darlene (Roy) Monroe, Paris Crossing, Rebecca (Dennis) Wheeler, Deborah (Paul) Jones and Brenda (the Rev. Samuel) Allman, all of Brownstown, and Sandra (James) Caudill, Crothersville; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Gary Becthal will conduct funeral services at 10 a.m. Saturday at Voss and Sons Funeral Service, Voss Chapel, Seymour. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery, Seymour. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home. There will be a Masonic Service at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to Peter’s Switch Nazarene Church in Seymour.
