Funeral Services.

The funeral services of the late William Foster, of Leesville, were conducted Tuesday afternoon at Dixon's Chapel near Ft. Ritner. He was eighty-one years of age, and died Monday at 3:30 o'clock of heart trouble. He is survived by several grown children. His wife died several years ago.

LEESVILLE.

Wm. R. Foster, born Dec. 12, 1832, departed this life Monday Feb. 3, 1913, Aged 81 years, 1 month, 22 days. Was married to Louisa McKeigg, April 27, 1856. She died Sept. 12, 1858. He married for hius second wife Sarah J. Henderson, Sep. 1862, and she died Feb. 28 1872. For his last wife he married Rebecca Guthrie, March 20, 1897 and she died Oct. 27, 1911. He left three living children, two sons and one daughter by his second wife, 15 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. His funeral discourse was preached at the Dixon chapel, Wednesday at one o'clock by E. L. Bergdoll, after which he was laid to rest in the cemetery near by.
