Harry
C. Morrison, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that
he was personally acquainted with Marinda Thompson, who on the 19th day of
November 1904 executed a deed of conveyance to George W. Thompson...in Gibson County Indiana, and he positively knows that at
the time of executing said deed of conveyance the said Marinda Thompson was a
widow and had no living husband to join with her in said conveyance. Signed
Harry C. Morrison. Subscribed and sworn to before me on this
9th day of February 1926 signed Charles W. Benton, Notary Public
