Ralph McRoberts, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with George F. Boerke who on the 14th day of February 1925 executed a deed of conveyance to Emil F. Boerke, for lot #38 in Hall and Stockwell's Enlargement to the Town of Patoka, in Gibson County Indiana, and he positively knows that at the time of executing said deed of conveyance, the said George F. Boerke was a widower and had no living wife...Signed Ralph McRoberts. Subscribed and sworn to before me on this 8th day of January, 1926 signed Charles W. Benton, Notary Public
