Ralph McRoberts, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Annie Wolfe to whom on the 12th day of August 1895, Cornelia Adams and husband executed a deed of conveyance for land in Militia Donation 87 in Gibson County, Indiana...and he positively knows that the said Annie Wolfe, and the said Anna Wolf, and the said Anna Wolfe were one and the same people, notwithstanding the difference in writing the name.
