Ralph McRoberts, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Waitman Trippett who on the 7th day of January 1888, executed a deed of conveyance to Samantha Turpin and he knows that at the time of said conveyance, the said Waitman Trippett was an unmarried man. Signed Ralph McRoberts. Subscribed and sworn to before me on this 14th day of August 1923 signed Charles W. Benton, Notary Public
