Oliver L. Mason, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Mary A. Bush who on the 9th day of October 1905, executed a deed of conveyance to Elnora Brothers.... and he positively knows that Mary A. Bush departed this life, in testate, in the month of November 1905. Signed Oliver L. Mason. Subscribed and sworn to before me on this 17th day of October, 1925 signed Charles W. Benton, Notary Public
