Landon
Kell, being first duly sworn
on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Caroline
Dickmeyer who on the 17th day
of December 1883, executed a deed of conveyance to Emil Sasse for 63 acres in
Sec.15 Town 3 south, Range 10 west, in Gibson County Indiana, being her part of
the estate
of her deceased husband Henry W. Dickmeyer, and he positively knows that at the time of executing said
deed of conveyance, the said Caroline Dickmeyer was a widow. Signed

to before me on this 14th day Of January 1927 signed Charles W. Benton, Notary Public. Caroline
Dickmeyer intermarried with
