Landon Kell, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with David F. Embree who on the 29th day of March, 1865, executed a deed of conveyance to Nancy Cordelia French for lots # 65 and # 72 in the Original Plan of the Town of Princeton, in Gibson County, and he positively knows that at the time of executing said deed of conveyance the said David F. Embree was an unmarried man. Signed Landon Kell. Subscribed and sworn to before me on this 29th day of October, 1926 signed Charles W. Benton, Notary Public
