Landon Kell, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Patrick H. Epperson, who in life and at the time of his death was the owner of lands in Gibson County Indiana, and he knows that said Patrick H. Epperson, departed this life, in testate, prior to the 20th day of January 1894, leaving him surviving as his heirs and only heirs at law, his widow Mary Epperson and his two children Hiram N. Epperson and Ellis K. Epperson. Signed Landon Kell Subscribed and sworn to before me on this 6th day of March, 1926 signed Charles W. Benton, Notary Public.
