Landon Kell, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with John W. Ennes who on the 23rd day of February 1884 executed a deed of conveyance to Malinda Ennes and he knows that at the time of said conveyance, John W. Ennes was married to the said Malinda Ennes. Signed Landon Kell. Subscribed and sworn to before me on this 14th day of August 1923 signed Charles W. Benton, Notary Public
