Alfred
M. Johnson, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that
he was personally acquainted with James M. Williams, who in life and at the time of his death was the owner,
the south 59 acres in the west 1/2 of the NE 1/4 Sec. 31, Town 3 South, Range
12 west in Gibson County Indiana and he positively knows that said James M.
Williams departed this life, in testate on or about the 9th day of January,
1903, leaving him surviving as his heirs and only heirs at law, his widow Mary
E. Williams and his three
children namely; James E. Williams and John C. Williams born by his first
wife and George A. Williams, the only child born by his second wife Mary E.
Williams. Signed Alfred M. Johnson. Subscribed and sworn to before me on this
