Alfred M. Johnson, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Henry M. Simpson, who on the 2nd day of September, 1882, executed a deed of conveyance to Robert M. Pegram, and he knows that at the time of executing said deed of conveyance the said Henry M. Simpson was an unmarried man. . Signed, Alfred M. Johnson. Subscribed and sworn to before me on this 8th day of January 1924 signed Charles W. Benton, Notary Public
