Will of Ann Eliza Hudelson Dated August 24, 1909, Probated November 4, 1925; Recorded in Will Book K page 413. Relationships listed; J. Frank Woods, nephew; Melville S. Woods, nephew; Milton J. Woods, nephew; David T. Woods, nephew; Robert A. Woods, nephew; George M. Woods, nephew; Harvey Woods, nephew; Albert Woods, nephew; Renwick C. Woods, brother. Signed by Ann Eliza Hudelson in the presence of William W. Blair, Franklin H. Maxam and Thomas R. Paxton who in the presence of said testatrix and in the presence of each other signed as witnesses. Ann Eliza Hudelson departed this life, testate, in the 29th day of October 1925. (Source Probate Order Book No.32 page 399).
