In the Gibson Circuit Court, Gibson County Indiana, January Term 1922.

          David Higginbotham, administrator of the estate of Elmer Marshall, deceased.... shows to the court by his sworn statement in writing that said Elmer Marshall died in testate, leaving him surviving as his heirs and only heirs at law, his widow Lula Marshall and his children, Hollis Marshall, Violet M. Marshall, and Howard J. Marshall each of which said children is under age Twenty-one years (source Probate Order Book No.30 page 201).
