(Most of the documents were assembled in the 1920's, but often refer to events from much earlier.  There is a tremendous amount of detail referring to proof of family relationships.)

G. Mort Braselton, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Henry Horn and Alice Horn his wife, to whom on the 21st day of March 1914, Ada Hinman and husband conveyed lot 233 in Pritchett's addition in town of Fort Branch, and he positively knows that the said Henry Horn departed this life, in testate on or about the 19th day of February 1917, leaving Alice Horn surviving him. Signed G. Mort Braselton Subscribed and sworn to before me on this 4th day of  October 1926 signed Charles W. Benton, Notary Public.
