Herman G. Graper, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with George Sollman who on the 31st day of January 1896, executed a deed of conveyance to Rosina Block his daughter for the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 31 township 3 south, Range 10 west and he positively knows that the said George Sollman departed this life on or about the 12th day of March 1906.
