Will of Samuel Everett Dated January 9, 1859, Probated August 16, 1867; Recorded in Will Record G page 142. Relationships listed; wife Rebecca; step-son Zenas M. Weed, Hannah Write, my daughter's heir, sons Richard Everett and William A. Everett and daughter Cemanthann Wade. Signed by Samuel Everett in the presence of Ezekial Rutledge, Quincy A. Ruark and John W. Boren who in the presence of said testator and in the presence of each other signed as witnesses.
