In the Common Pleas Court, Gibson County Indiana, May Term 1855. John Ennis, administrator, shows by his sworn statement that Joseph D. Nixon, deceased, left as his heirs and only heirs at law, James W. Nixon, William Nixon, Amanda Price, John Nixon, Elizabeth Nixon and Eliza Curry, all over 20 years of age except Elizabeth Nixon and Eliza Curry. Probate Order Book No.1 page 281.
