G. M. Emmerson, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Juliana Westfall, who in the year 1877 was the wife of Calvin Westfall, and he positively knows that said Juliana Westfall departed this life prior to the death of her husband Calvin Westfall.
