Compiled documents relating to proof of land titles.

(Most of the documents were assembled in the 1920's, but often refer to events from much earlier.  There is a tremendous amount of detail referring to proof of family relationships.)

Cora B. Embree, being first duly sworn on her oath deposes and says, that she was personally acquainted with Clara Stewart who on the 16th day of August 1913, executed a deed of conveyance to Mayme E. Hornbrook, for lot # 36 in Forest Park Addition to the city of Princeton, Indiana, and she positively knows that at the time of executing said deed, the said Clara Stewart was an unmarried women.  Signed Cora B.
