Cora
B. Embree, being first duly sworn on her oath deposes and says, that
she was personally acquainted with Clara Stewart who on the 16th day
of August 1913, executed a deed of conveyance to Mayme
E. Hornbrook, for lot # 36 in Forest Park Addition to the city of
Princeton, Indiana, and she positively knows that at the time of executing said
deed, the said Clara Stewart was an unmarried
