Milton Cushman, being first duly sworn before the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Gibson County aforesaid upon his oath says, that Nancy Ann Williams departed this life in said County, in testate as he believes on the 14th day of April 1916. Signed, Milton Cushman  Subscribed and sworn to before me the 10th day of Oct. 1917 Signed John T. Ballard, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Gibson County.
