(Most of the documents were assembled in the 1920's, but often refer to events from much earlier.  There is a tremendous amount of detail referring to proof of family relationships.)

Edgar D. Allmon, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Molly R. Linzy to whom on the 30th day of August 1923, Mary J. Hanks and her husband Marion Hanks conveyed lots #5 to 34 in Barrett's Addition to the town of Somerville in Gibson County, Indiana...and he was personally acquainted with Molly Linzy Akers, wife of Thomas S. Akers, and he positively knows that the said Molly R. Linzy and the said Molly Linzy Akers were one and the same person. Signed Edgar D. Allmon.
