(Most of the documents were assembled in the 1920's, but often refer to events from much earlier.  There is a tremendous amount of detail referring to proof of family relationships.)

Emma Wilder, being first duly sworn on her oath deposes and says, that she is the wife of Stephen Wilder, who is the son of Isaac Wilder who in life and at the time of his death was the owner land in Sec.30 Township 2 South Range 10 west in Gibson County Indiana.... and she positively knows that said Isaac Wilder departed this life, in testate, in the year 1911, leaving him surviving as his heirs and only heirs at law, his widow, Martha A. Wilder and his children, Stephen Wilder, Calvin Wilder, Everett T. Wilder, Charles Wilder, Rosella Phillips, the wife of Henry Phillips, Flora Luttrell, the wife of William Luttrell, Mary E. Luttrell, the wife of W. H. Luttrell, and Levina Wilder, and that on the 12th day of October 1916 the said Levina Wilder was an unmarried woman. Signed Emma Wilder.
