Samuel A. Stewart, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Gordon B. Bingham and Sylvester J. Bingham, to whom on the 21st day of January 1861, Joseph J. Daniels and wife executed a deed of conveyance for lands in northwest part of Section 25, Town 1 south, Range 11 west in Gibson County Indiana, and he positively knows that the said Sylvester J. Bingham was never married. Signed Samuel A. Stewart. Subscribed and sworn to before me on this 13th day of January 1926 signed Charles W. Benton, Notary Public
