Samuel F. Braselton, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Catherine Hudelson who on the 4th day of June 1874 joined with other in the execution of a deed of conveyance to Alethia Hudelson for the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 Section 27, Town 2 south, Range 11 west (and other lands) in Gibson County, Indiana, and he knows that at the time of executing said deed of conveyance Catherine Hudelson had no living husband to join with her, she being the widow of Samuel Hudelson, deceased.
