Date of record April 6, 1899 Volume 51 page 240    In the Gibson Circuit Court, Gibson County Indiana, May Term 1913, comes now Clara Stewart, Executrix of last will and testament of Jane Scudamore, deceased, shows to the court by her sworn statement in writing that said Jane Scudamore departed this life on the 11th day of January 1898. Probate Order Book No. 23 page 261.
