William Steelman, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Henry Hinkle, who in life and at the time of his death was the owner of the south half of militia donation 59…in Gibson County, Indiana, and he knows that said Henry Hinkle departed this life, in testate on or about the 14th day of December, 1891, leaving him surviving no widow, but leaving him surviving his only heirs at law, his 4 children, namely, Leonidas Hinkle , Charles Hinkle , Rebecca Hinkle and Anna Cook, the wife of Garten Cook, these and no more.
