Will of Jacob Spore Sr. Dated Nov. 20, 1849, Probated Dec. 4,1849; Recorded in Will Record F page 3. Relationships listed; Mary M. Spore, wife; children, Margaret May, Sarah, wife of William Keithly, David Spore, Jacob Spore Jr., Henry Spore, Elizabeth, wife of Claudius Bradham. Also listed is Mahaly Cochran, wife of Joseph W. Cochran. Signed by Jacob Spore Sr. in the presence of Casimere May and John Mauck who in the presence of said testator and in the presence of each other signed as witnesses.
