Compiled documents relating to proof of land titles.

(Most of the documents were assembled in the 1920's, but often refer to events from much earlier.  There is a tremendous amount of detail referring to proof of family relationships.)

Rosemary Sheridan, being first duly sworn on her oath deposes and says, that she was personally acquainted with John W. Cochran… and she positively knows that John W. Cochran departed this life, in testate, on or about the 27th day of December, 1929, leaving him surviving as his only heir at law his widow America C. Cochran and his three children, namely, Orville H. Cochran, Ralph E. Cochran and Edith Hill, the wife of Dean Hill. Signed Rosemary Sheridan. Subscribed and sworn to before me on this 18th day of December 1930 signed Charles W. Benton, Notary Public
