Samuel
F. Braselton, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that
he was personally acquainted with Mary E. Burrucker, who on the 13th day of October 1890, executed a deed of
conveyance to Albert Gray, for 40 feet off of the east side of Lot 206 in the Town of
Fort Branch, in Gibson County, Indiana,
and he knows that at the time of executing said deed of conveyance the said
Mary E. Burrucker was a widow and had
no living husband to join with her in said conveyance. Signed Samuel F. Braselton Subscribed and sworn
