Rosemary Sheridan, being first duly sworn on her oath deposes and says, that she was personally acquainted with Mary E. Bieger the widow of John Bieger, deceased, and she positively knows that said Mary E. Bieger departed this life, in testate, on or about the 17th day of Mar., 1920 leaving her surviving as her heir and only heir at law, her son Van Bieger.
