Chas. B. Runcie, being first duly sworn on his oath deposes and says, that he was personally acquainted with Margaret Trible, who on the 19th day of February 1877, executed a deed of conveyance to Sarah A. Fairchild for 68.5 feet off the north end of Lots 296 & 297 in the town of Fort Branch in Gibson County Indiana, and he knows that at the time of said conveyance, the said Margaret Trible was an unmarried woman. Signed Chas. B. Runcie. Subscribed and sworn to before me on this 18th day of December 1930 signed Charles W. Benton, Notary Public.
