In the Common Pleas Court, Gibson County Indiana, May Term 1859. Comes now Alfred S. Price, administrator of the estate of Joel France, deceased, to report said deceased left as his heirs and only heirs at law, Hiram France, deceased, who was one of the heirs of said estate, who left as his heir and only heir at law Mary L. France, and that John France, deceased, was one of the heirs of said estate, who left as his heirs and only heirs at law, Alia C. France and Anna T. France and Jane Price, wife of administrator. Probate Order Book No.1 page 405.
