Wanda L. Smith, 94, of Princeton, passed away Sunday, September 2, 2018 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville.

She was born August 2, 1924 in Princeton to the late Paul W. and Elizabeth P. (Fletcher) Angle.

Wanda was a graduate gemologist and the founder of Smith Jewelry Store in Princeton and was a longtime member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.

Wanda is survived by her son and his fiancée, James “Kent” Smith and Bola Joko of Princeton.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, James Shirley Smith in 2000 and a sister, Wilma Jean Burns.

Graveside service will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Princeton. Burial will follow. Visitation will be from 8 until 8:45 a.m. Saturday at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton.
