Don K. Wilkerson, 60, of Fort Branch IN passed away on Saturday, August 11, 2018 in Evansville IN after losing his hard fought battle with Cancer.  

Don was born Oct, 15, 1957 in Campbellsville, KY.

Don was a graduate of the Class of 1975 of Drakesboro High School, member of the U.M.W.A and was retired from the Francisco Peabody Mine in Francisco IN. Don loved going to the Tri-State Speedway and was an avid fan of University of Kentucky and the LA Dodgers.

He is preceded in death by his son Jeremy Wilkerson, 1993 and his grandmother Eva Bowman.   

Don is survived by his wife of 43 years, Ruby (Vaught) Wilkerson of Fort Branch IN, Son Chris Wilkerson of Haubstadt IN, 2 grandchildren Keelyn (Peanut) and Corbin Wilkerson. His parents Wayne and Della (Close) Goff of Drakesboro KY, brothers and sisters; Tommy (Anita) Wilkerson of Greenville KY, Michael (Dawn) Taylor of Braxton MS., Rebekah (Stephen) Johnson of Greenville KY, Lisa (Mike) Jackson of Magnolia KY , Tony (Missy) Wilkerson of Hodgenville, KY and Several Nieces and Nephew.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch IN again on Thursday, August 16, 2018 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City KY with the funeral service starting at 3:00PM and burial in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Central City, KY
