Larry G. Henson, 71, of Oakland City, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at his home.

He was born January 27, 1947 in Oakland City, IN. 

He had lived in Oakland City all of his life and formerly worked at Craddock Furniture in Evansville.

He liked fishing and hunting and enjoyed his parakeets and finches.

He is survived by 7 brothers and sisters; Alberta Hume (Fred) of Oakland City, Russell Henson of Petersburg, Betty Llamas of Dallas, TX, Doris Nevill of Oakland City, Raymond Mills (Roberta) of Glezen, Linda Dent of Petersburg and Brenda Grubb of Winslow.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Henson; mother, Ada (Hilborn) Henson Mills; 1 sister and 5 brothers.

Funeral service will be held at 6 pm on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Corn-Colvin Funeral Home in Oakland City, officiated by Pastor George Bruce. Visitation will be from 3 until 6 pm Saturday at the funeral Home.
